Week 4

Discussion for suitable a Project Title.

During week 4, I have discussed with my supervisor on what the project that I would want to do. As my scope of topic are reflected in the agriculture activities, Mr. Raziff who is my supervisor suggested a few input for me to develop in this project. With the combination ideas from both party, we manage to come up with some development on managing the agriculture systems. A helps from my supervisor as he narrow down few option on whether I should carried this research in plantation field or farming livestock. 

After doing some research, I have decided to continuing my research towards the crop management field, as I had the idea that I could emphasized my agriculture activities in different situation of paddy field farm. As we know, paddy field are one of the most important assets for plant development especially in Malaysia, where our people would consume rice daily and almost three meals a day. In addition, this paddy field is cultivated in a very large area which consume several acres. However, the profit that the farmer obtain is not worth the expenses they spent.

Therefore, the title that I am proposing is:  

"Development of Agriculture Management System via Wireless Technology."

Basically, this title is very general as the agriculture could relate to whatever activities in the cultivated land, as long as the person knows what they want and need for their land. I am proposing this title to helps farmer that owns more that one cultivated land which are scattered throughout the are to develop easier way to manage their crops. As mention above, the technology used are wireless technology therefore I will be implementing Long Range (LoRa) Technology in this project.
