This project apply the NodeMCU ESP8266 as it is a microcontroller embbed together with Wi-Fi
along with four sensors DHT22, Ultrasonic, Soil Moisture and pH sensor.

This blog shall shows progress report/logbook on my Final Year Project.

Week 21

 Correction of Report Writing for Chapter 1 till 3.

Component of NodeMCU ESP 8266


Since I am changing my wireless technology in this project, therefore correction in the report writing are required as well. I have changes all the LoRa information to NodeMCU ESP8266. The size of NodeMCU ESP8266 is small and light. Despite of the size, the capability of the component are undefinable. Because of this component is embbed directly to wireless network, Wi-Fi therefore it could be utilize anywhere and as far as it wanted as long as there if Wi-Fi availability.

However, when a project develops there are always limitation to it, and like any other project so does this one. The limitation of the management is the stability of signal. The NodeMCU ESP8266 require the availability of Wi-Fi and as known, this technology is a wireless technology and like any other wireless technology it will experiences an unstable connection when implementing the technology especially in rural area. Other than that, the limitation of the component will only be available in the range of Wi-Fi. Lastly, the next limitation to this project is in the NodeMCU board, there are memory limitation when uploading the coding into the board.

So, from Chapter 1 till Chapter 3, I have corrected every error in the report writing that are inequivalent to NodeMCU ESP8266.
