Week 8

  Draft Submission of Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.

On the 8th week of semester 6, I complete my report on Chapter 1 which is the INTRODUCTION and chapter 2 is LITERATURE REVIEW. The thesis is then send to Mr.Raziff, my supervisor to check the draft of report writing. This is to make sure that my thesis is in the right path and meet the requirement of a thesis writing. 

In chapter 1, the introduction started with the background studies where it explain about the historical of agriculture activities throughout the years and I also did mention about the technology of Long Range (LoRa) transmission. My thesis report are emphasized in the crop plantation that are the paddy field plantation which consume several acres and scattered in few others location. Then, I continue my research studies by identifying the most often problem that are faced by this peasants and I manage to catered the problem under the Human and Logistic management. Next, once I confirmed all the problem statement of this project, I come out with the research objectives of the project which is to develop a prototype monitoring systems for managing the agricultural environment. Second would be to enable the systems to store data for current and future analysis and lastly is to utilize the LoRa technology and Industrial Revolution 4.0 in this systems. Once completed with the objectives, the scope and limitation of this project are the scope is to help farmers that own more that one agriculture land which are dispersed in different area. Then the limitation of project are catered.

In chapter 2, the literature review is the studies that carried from previous researchers based on their agriculture activities. I have collected three research paper where they carried different methods on managing their farm field but still have the same objectives as mine which is to ease farmers on managing their cultivated land. For next semester, I shall continue with other research paper.
