ASSALAMUALAIKUM W.H.B AND WELCOME TO MY PAGE.

This project apply the NodeMCU ESP8266 as it is a microcontroller embbed together with Wi-Fi
along with four sensors DHT22, Ultrasonic, Soil Moisture and pH sensor.

This blog shall shows progress report/logbook on my Final Year Project.
Every processes/articles/works/researches regarding the project were updated in this blog.

Week 1

 Finding the scope wanted to develop and research the issues faced by users.

Student have selected a scope on helping farmers to operate their cultivated land that are scattered in an area that consumes miles away from each other. In Week 1, a research of agricultural activities was conducted by students to identify problems frequently faced by farmers.

Next, students must seek a supervisor in the first week who will support students with the research they intend to conduct. I decided to ask Mr. Mohd Raziff for guidance, and as he is more experienced in the field of wireless technology. He shall become my supervisor for my Final Year Project 1 and 2.

During the first week, I am still contemplating on few cases of study that I shall carried. However, after discussing with Mr. Raziff, I decided on where the focused are mostly applied. So, in this era, Mr. Raziff introduced me to the newest technology of wireless which are known as Long Range (LoRa) Technology. As I shown him the scope of my research is in the agriculture field for monitoring and management system, he suggested this technology as it is most suitable for monitoring management.

To gathered more details, I am pursuing my research on LoRa Technology.
